This role demands a compassionate and skilled nursing professional to provide exceptional care to critically ill or unstable patients following extensive injury, surgery, or life-threatening diseases. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care for critically ill patients in the CCU. Monitor patient health conditions and respond with appropriate treatments and interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventative measures. Maintain detailed patient records and participate in the improvement of departmental policies. Administer medications and assist in advanced medical procedures as necessary. Strong clinical skills in a critical care environment Expertise in patient health monitoring systems and medical software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments Proficient in time management and multitasking Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state of practice Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) preferred
