Job Description:
Join Our Hematology Oncology Team in Beautiful Brattleboro,
Vermont! We are seeking a part-time, board-certified or
board-eligible Medical Oncologist to become a vital part of our
outpatient clinic located in scenic Brattleboro, Vermont. This is
an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered

hospital. Job Responsibilities: Provide outpatient cancer care and
occasional inpatient consults at a community-based hospital. Assess
and treat approximately patients per clinic day. Diagnose and
manage a wide range of cancer conditions using patient-centered,
evidence-based practices. Develop and implement personalized
treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
that includes radiologists, surgeons, nurses, and support staff.
Participate in shared on-call duties with a negotiable schedule.
Utilize Cerner Community Works for documentation and EMR
management. Educate patients and their families on diagnosis,
treatment options, and prognosis. Stay updated on advancements in
oncology through continued education and research. Contribute to a

opportunities. Open to commuting candidates (over 1 hour travel
acceptable). Qualifications: Board Certification from the American
Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) in Medical Oncology (required).
Clean malpractice history. Active Vermont medical license (must be
obtained prior to start). BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
(must be obtained prior to start). DEA registration (must be
obtained prior to start). Experience in oncology preferred. License
and Certification Requirements: Active Vermont medical license. BLS
certification required before starting. DEA registration must be
