Nights Rate: $41/hr Requirements: Active RN license in the state of
New York. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care or
rehabilitation facility Covid Vaccination Card Valid photo ID BLS
(AHA or Red Cross) ACLS (AHA or Red Cross) NIH(ASA) 2 Supervisory
References Responsibilities: Provide and coordinate direct nursing
care to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility
protocols. Monitor and assess residents health status, recording
and reporting changes to the healthcare team. Administer
medications and treatments accurately and safely. Maintain and
update medical records and care documentation. Supervise LPNs,
CNAs, and other nursing staff as needed. Uphold infection control,
safety, and quality care standards. Communicate effectively with
residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
