12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week On
Call: None A facility in Poughkeepsie, NY is seeking an experienced
Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Registered Nurse for a
13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in postoperative cardiothoracic surgery care and the
ability to manage patients immediately following procedures such as
CABG, AVR, MVR, aortic dissection repair, and robotic heart
surgery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and support postoperative
cardiothoracic patients directly from the OR - Perform advanced
hemodynamic monitoring and patient management - Collaborate
effectively with the multidisciplinary team - Provide exceptional
critical care in a high-acuity setting Required Qualifications: -
Active NY RN license - BLS and ACLS certifications - Minimum 3
years ICU experience, including Cardiothoracic ICU Preferred
Qualifications: - CCRN or CSC certification - Ability to float as
