Pride Health is hiring a RN Stepdown/PCU to support our client's medical facility in Hartford, CT 06102. This is a 13-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!Job Summary:--- RN Stepdown/PCU. 36 hours per week (3x12s - Nights: 7 pm to 7:30 am)--- Valid CT RN license--- BLS, ACLS (AHA)--- Bachelors of science in nursing requiredRN Stepdown/PCU:--- Monitor and interpret patients' vital signs and respond appropriately.--- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.--- Provide care and support to patients transitioning from ICUs.--- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop care plans.--- Perform detailed patient assessments and document findings in medical records.--- Manage intravenous lines and advanced medical equipment.--- Educate patients and their families about post-hospital care and wellness.Experience required:--- 2 years of RN Stepdown or MedSurg/Tele experience in hospital setting is required.Additional Information:--- Location: Hartford, CT 06102--- Job Type: 13 weeks--- Shifts: 36 hours per week (3x12s - Nights: 7 pm to 7:30 am)--- Weekly Travel Pay Range: $2200/week to $2350/week*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.Interested?
