Description Affiliated with Putnam Hospital Center, We are seeking board certified/eligible Nurse Practitioner to join our brand new primary care practices in Mahopac, NY in the beautiful Mid-Hudson Valley region of New York State. Our employed outpatient practices utilize our hospitalist programs for in-patient admissions. Our clinicians work in a respectful and collegial environment with excellent work life balance.
