Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Nights - 5,000 Dollar Sign-on Bonus

New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is actively hiring LPN Team Members for our Skilled Nursing Facility located in New Paltz, NY!

Base Rate is $27.5 - $31.00 with an additional $0.75 shift differential for evenings and nights

  • Collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted
  • Recording health details of Residents; including vitals & temperature
  • Administering medications and injections to Residents as needed
  • Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed
  • May be required to supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
  • Helping Residents get dressed & take care of personal hygiene
  • Monitoring Residents' food and liquid intake and output Requirements:
    • Must be able to work as a team member
    • Valid NY State LPN license
    • In good standing with State Registry NPC102
