Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our trauma-informed, secure, and beautiful multi-disciplinary behavioral health center located in Beacon, NY.At Family Services, we are actively supporting our community's mental health. Clinicians include LMSWs, LCSWs, and LMHCs.Assign and monitor the distribution of caseloads within the clinic.Support the development of staff's professional skills by monitoring overall performance and recommending appropriate training.Responsible for staff's compliance with established rules and regulations concerning standards such as utilization review, client's rights, and agency policies and procedures.Support established goals and performance standards for staff and conduct employee evaluations based on those standards; Implement disciplinary procedures to ensure team success.Participate in providing administrative supervision to staff.Conduct staff meetings as part of the supervisory team.Provide adequate coverage of the behavioral center that the facility is serving clients.Act as liaison to the community to reassure client's positive acceptance and participation in the community at large.Competencies:Leadership and communication skillsExperience with electronic health records, Microsoft Word, and ExcelCritical thinking and relationship building skillsOrganizational and time management skillsClient focusCommunication and public speaking skills#INDBHWe are an equal opportunity employer and our goal is to be a diverse workforce representative of the community we serve.
