Title: Clinician, LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFTStatus: Full-Time,
Exempt, 40 hours per weekSupervisor: Center Director, Clinical
Supervisor (LCSW)Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with one
late day Tuesday or Thursday 10am-7pmSalary Range: Limited permit
or limited permit eligible $55,000 annually; LMHC, LMSW, or LMFT
$58,000-$68,000 annually; LCSW $70,000-$79,000 annually. Salaries
are based on experience, education, and licensure.Sign-on bonus
available.Seeking a Licensed Clinician (LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, or LMFT)
to join our Beacon Team. Schedule is Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
with one late day Tuesday or Thursday 10am-7pm.Are you looking to

step at a time.Position Requirements:Licensed Mental Health
Counselor (LMHC).Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).Licensed
Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).Licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist (LMFT).Bilingual in English & Spanish is a
plus.Experience providing therapeutic interventions.Be an adept
communicator with strong relationship-building skills.Possess
strong administrative, time management and organizational

clients with individual and group therapy.Assist with the
pre-intake, intake, and screening of new clients into the system
and providing information on their psycho-social history.Complete a
differential diagnosis for clients and refer them to the
appropriate program(s) and/or case manager/licensed prescriber for
services not under this positions jurisdiction.Create a treatment
plan for clients, modify on an ongoing basis in reflection of their
progress in therapy and prepare them for the completion of their
treatment.Complete administrative tasks including, but not limited
to, maintaining case records, documenting all clients contacts, and
meeting deadlines, responding to outside agency queries regarding
client information.Develop and implement follow-up studies to
determine program effectiveness.Coordinate with appropriate parties
on clients treatment (i.e., schools, Social Services, probation
department).Provide clients with information and educational
community activities to combat substance use and mental health
issues.Act as a client advocate and liaison with community
resources.Provide training to colleagues on issues related to
mental health treatment.In this role you will be part of a
