Job Description:

Position: Phlebotomist

Duties: Performs phlebotomy procedures, sample preparation and sample distribution. Assists in clerical duties of the department.

Hours: Per Diem

Salary: Base salary of $20.00 - $27.50 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Graduate of an approved training program or work experience with the principle responsibilities as a phlebotomist.
• Six months phlebotomy experience or phlebotomy certification from an approved program along with a minimum of 100 phlebotomies.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or applicable exemption required.
