Seeking a Clinical Lead RN to work in Primary Care (New Fairfield,
Connecticut)

Summary:
The Medical Office RN supervisor works closely with the clinical
staff, physicians, and advanced practitioners in the coordination
of all aspects of patient care in the medical practice. This
clinical leadership role will work closely with practice leaders to
ensure that our patients get the highest quality of care. Works to
achieve quality metrics through the supervision and education of
clinical staff. Works closely with the CNO and Nurse educators to
ensure that care is safe and evidenced based. Participates in
Physician/APP monthly meetings and working with the practice
manager to provide the quality data and reporting dashboards.
Independently manages patient triage calls and seeks out direction
from providers as needed.
Assists LPNs and MAs with triage disposition and assures
documentation is reflective of the disposition.
Requirements:
Pay Depending on Experience: - $32 -$65
