• Dental experience a must
  • Knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures
    • Track record of exceptional customer service experience
      • Highly flexible, detail-oriented, reliable and trustworthy
        • A friendly, positive demeanor with patients and dental office team members
          • Great administrative organizational skills
            • Familiarity with Dentrix Enterprise a must

                                  • To fill and maintain the doctors'/hygienists' schedule, ensuring minimal no-shows and optimum productivity.
                                  • Coordinate treatment planning and keep patients informed of financial obligations.
                                  • Prepare treatment plans and financials, entering the treatment plan in the computer, and in a timely manner inform the patient via letter/email/phone call
