Seeking a Licensed Clinician (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) to join our Millbrook Team. This position is full-time 40 hours per week, schedule is Mon-Fri 9am-5pm with one late day.Competitive salary range of $55,000+ annually, based on experience, education, and licensure. This is a program where an employee's student loan repayment funds are provided in exchange for a commitment to work at a STAR LRP approved facility for a certain number of years.At Family Services, Inc. we believe in doing just that. By bringing together skilled practitioners and those in the community that could benefit from their support and skills, we're building stronger and safer neighborhoods throughout Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster counties, one step at a time.To learn more about the human service work of Family Services, visit www.familyservicesny.org.As a Licensed Clinician with Family Services, you'll have the opportunity to work with individuals in the following ways:Provide clients with individual and group therapyAssist with the pre-intake, intake, and screening of new clients into the system and providing information on their psycho-social historyComplete a differential diagnosis for clients and refer them to the appropriate program(s) and/or case manager/licensed prescriber for services not under this position's jurisdictionCreate a treatment plan for clients, modify on an ongoing basis in reflection of their progress in therapy and prepare them for the completion of their treatmentComplete administrative tasks including, but not limited to, maintaining case records, documenting all clients contacts, and meeting deadlines, responding to outside agency queries regarding client informationDevelop and implement follow-up studies to determine program effectivenessCoordinate with appropriate parties on client's treatment (i.e., schools, Social Services, probation departmentProvide clients with information and educational community activities to combat substance abuse, mental health issuesAct as a client advocate and liaison with community resourcesProvide training to colleagues on issues related to mental health treatmentMoreover, you'd be part of a collegial inclusive workplace that welcomes and celebrates your unique contributions when it comes to culture, ethnicity, race, sex, gender identity and expression, nation of origin, languages spoken, color, religion, sexual orientation, and beliefs.
