Role Summary:

Performs all duties necessary to successfully process patients and their orders though Outreach Laboratories collection facilities.

Duties include but are not limited to;

Patient reception, patient registration, specimen/phlebotomy collection, specimen accessioning, specimen processing and quality assurance activities.

Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Must have completion of certified phlebotomy or medical assistant programs.

Experience:Minimum one-year previous experience in a hospital lab, clinic, or physician lab experience. Medical billing and specimen processing knowledge helpful. Performs all duties necessary to successfully process patients and their orders though Outreach Laboratories collection facilities. Duties include:: Patient reception, patient registration, specimen collection, specimen accessioning, specimen processing and quality assurance activities

Location: Rhinebeck-NDH 6511 Springbrook Avenue

Work Type: Part-Time

Standard Hours: 24.00

Work Schedule: Evening 8

Work Shift: Available Monday - Friday 1-9:30p and 2:30p to 11p. Rotating weekends and holidays 1-9:30p and 2:30p-11p.
