the future of People analytics. All About the Role: As the Director
of People Analytics & Insights, you will be a pivotal player in our
global team, operating across multiple regions and time zones.
Youll partner closely with business executives and leaders to
provide data-driven insights that enable Mastercard to make
strategic decisions about our talent. Youll leverage not only your
people analytics experience but also your commercial acumen to
interact effectively with business executives and leaders. Your
role will extend beyond data analysis – youll dig deep to
understand the root challenges, apply your quantitative and
qualitative expertise, and craft compelling narratives through
impactful storyboarding that shape business unit strategies. Your
