Job Description: As the Marketing Manager for North America,
Startups, you will drive go-to-market campaigns targeted at the
startup account segment within North America. This role involves
close cross-functional collaboration with sales, global marketing,
startup marketing, executive marketing, and product marketing to
generate substantial demand and growth in the startup
ecosystem.
You will leverage propensity data and regional insights to run
targeted solution and industry campaigns.
Acting as a strategic advisor, you will align marketing strategies
with sales goals, execute high-impact campaigns, and foster
collaboration between marketing, sales, engineering, and product
teams.
Responsibilities: Drive demand within the North American Startup
segment using digital and physical marketing programs.
Enable data-driven decision-making by tracking performance metrics,
identifying gaps, and crafting action plans.
Collaborate with global and regional startup marketing teams to
shape and execute the North American Startup GTM strategy.
Act as a strategic advisor to Startup Sales and Customer
Engineering leaders, ensuring pipeline coverage and surfacing
business needs to the wider marketing organization.
Develop rolling marketing plans (annual/bi-annual) for acquiring
new customers and engaging prospects across all startup business
segments.
Execute customer acquisition and pipeline generation programs,
including digital and physical events, campaigns, and executive
engagement.
Collaborate with cloud partners to expand and scale demand
generation activities across North America.
Partner with solution, partner, industry, and startup marketing
teams to align efforts and resources.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing or similar
roles, ideally within cloud services, technology, or high-growth
environments.
Proven ability to build and execute measurable, creative campaigns
on a global scale.
Prior success in high-growth, fast-paced organizations.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally across
global and regional teams.
Experience in partner marketing and joint campaign execution is a
plus.
Skills: Strong communication skills: Ability to present insights
clearly and influence stakeholders.
Analytical mindset: Forecasting, measuring, analyzing, and
optimizing marketing programs.
Organizational excellence: High attention to detail with the
ability to manage both strategic initiatives and operational
execution.
Problem-solving and creativity: Comfortable with ambiguity and
adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to
drive consistent business outcomes.
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent
experience.
