Job Description:

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and prioritizing forecasts against manufacturing capacities, while maintaining inventory levels of ingredients and packaging. This applies to our own branded products, proprietary products, and third-party co-pack customer products.What You Will Do at Brooklyn Bottling:Purchasing and management of ingredients and packaging for franchise, proprietary, and third-party customers.Making sure the ingredients and packaging arrive and are used/accounted for.Manage cycle counting of such ingredients and packaging. Inventory accuracy and FIFO rotation monitoring is critical.Managing kitting process (to be trained on the job).Negotiating contracts for ingredients and packaging (as relevant).Responsible for adapting ingredients and packaging supply based on schedule changes in real time.Adjust and react to changes in supply, capacity and product demand.Assist with customer service at all levels, as needed, to resolve all product supply and service issues.Develops and enforces standard processes for planning and production control.Your Education & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field preferred but not required.Minimum of 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment, beverage or dairy strongly preferred.Strong Excel skills required.Experience with Crystal Reporting a plus.Strong communication skills.Detail oriented.
