The Crisis Prevention Response Team/911 Diversion and 988 Suicide and Behavioral Health Hotline. Program Director has overall responsibility for coordinating the day to day operations of the CPRT/911 Diversion 988 program. As a member of the hospital management team the program director is responsible for participating in the maintenance of the quality standards of patient care and assuring a safe and health-promoting atmosphere. This includes training of clinical staff in assessment of risk for suicide and in addressing/reducing risk to the patients we serve. In collaboration with the Clinical Director is responsible for round the clock administration of the program, including supervision and managing of all non-MD personnel, budgeting and program activity.

Required: Experience in a healthcare environment. Five years of experience in a program area with direct supervisory experience. Social worker with a LCSW or NYS Licensed Psychologist. Valid Driver's License

Pay: $85-95k
