DetailsThe position is a case manager who is responsible for
providing community based services to consumers referred by the
Orange County Department of Social Services. Case managers meet
with consumers twice a month while assisting them address any
barriers or limitations they may face. The goal is to help
consumers reach self-sufficiency by returning to the workforce or
