Job Description:
Job SummaryThe Manager, Retailer.com will be responsible for
managing and driving Retailer.com (online) sales for AMOREPACIFIC
US across our portfolio of department store and specialty retailer
accounts; including Sephora, Nordstrom, Saks, Sephora, and Neiman
Marcus.Reporting to the Senior Manager of Retailer Ecom team, this
role will also contribute and participate in retail strategy and
planning meetings, exploring and executing seasonal digital
marketing program opportunities, product launches, promotions, and
digital initiatives. This role will manage all aspects of the
retailer.com business including sampling/GWP programs, securing
exposures, collaborating with internal partners seasonally with
brand page updates. This role will work closely with Sales,
Marketing, Planning, Digital, and Creative teams to achieve overall
business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive growth for
Retailer.com business & manage relationships with online retailer
partners (i.e. Sephora, Nordstrom, Saks, Sephora, and Neiman
Marcus, etc.)Create and maintain monthly Calendars including
launch, promotions, and side-by-side calendars.Maintain and
communicate changes to Retailer.com Calendars, Trackers, and forms
to track business and promotions.Work with cross-functional teams
and manage specific asset needs by retailer.Monitor retailer.com
business to achieve sales goals, tracking individual accounts
monthly sales targets and helping secure best initiatives as needed
to meet sales and brand goals.Identify opportunities to build the
business and drive retailer.com business to achieve sales and brand
goals.Drive growth for retailer business & manage relationships
with online retailer partnersFind opportunities to build the
business and drive & achieve sales and brand goalsExecute marketing
plans with retailers: E-mail Placement, Site Placement, Digital
Media, Brand Pages, and SocialWork with the Sales team for the
creation and execution of promotional activities, customer
re-engagement/acquisition, and onsite merchandising
strategy.Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and execute
sampling / GWP strategyParticipate in the development of Coop media
strategyAssist in providing analytics on onsite programs,
campaigns, and promotions.Prepare/route weekly/monthly reporting
retail sales/program successes based on metrics.Provide monthly
business recaps for upper management.QualificationsPosition
requires a minimum of 5+ years experience in the retailer, online
marketing, or eCommerce area.Working knowledge of retail business
acumen and eCommerce best practicesTeam player with the ability to
effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence across
groups.Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task; ability to
prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;Strong organizational
skills; Proactive problem-solving abilities.Strong written and
verbal skills.Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).Experience in online marketing and
merchandising.RequirementsAbility to work in hybrid environmentOpen
