- High Level HR Experience requiredIn partnership with the Human
Resources Leadership Team, the Human Resources Director will be
responsible to develop, direct and oversee all operations within
the human resources department within their scope, while building a
strong partnership with the business leaders. They will have
responsibility to oversee the execution of HR processes, policies
and programs personally or through a team supporting multiple
locations.
- Collaborate with the Leadership team to develop and implement
organizational policies around people resources to ensure
compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations
- Provide Leadership and Day to Day support to designated
division/group
- Contribute to the overall division/group strategic plan and
goal setting through collaboration with the leadership team
- Ensure Performance Management Process is delivering desired
results tied to business goals
- Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Retention
of Employees
- Provide input and support Total Rewards, Compensation and
Benefit Programs
- Evaluate current and future workforce needs using data
analytics, budgets and leadership meetings; including review or
development of succession planning
- Identify training and development opportunities and support the
implementation of improvement plans through coaching and
feedback
- Ensure HR systems maintains integrity and data accuracy
- Support culture and core values, drive engagement and overall
positive employee experience through strong change management and
communication
- May be required to travel by car or plane including overnight
stay up to 30%
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Organizational
Development; and 7 plus years related experience in a manufacturing
organization; Human Resource, Organizational Development
certifications a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power
Point), Visio, and Outlook email and calendar capabilities
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of
confidential/sensitive information
- Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to
manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing
priorities to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and communicate effectively
(verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership,
staff, and internal and external clients.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able
to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or
options
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who
thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment
