By this we mean that each team member is there to help the other, to use all available time to support the efforts and goals of the entire venue.It is expected that you will promote a positive team environment, foster cooperation and collaboration, work towards the uniform goal of "all-in", and cultivate a great guest experience as a Front Desk ManagerIf you need help with something, ask. If another team member asks for help, lend a hand.Responsibilities for a Front Desk Manager include, but are not limited to:1. Will interact with all guests entering the arena2.Checking each guest ensuring proper waivers and reservation assignment3. Learning our arena scheduling system to assist with bookings, questions and guest check in for clinics, classes, and open sessions4.Accepting payments for purchases5.Learn lighting control system6. Learn ice control and monitoring system7.Learn concourse audio control systems8. Learn private lesson check in and payment collection process9 Assist in executing venue sanitization and wellness protocols, cleaning procedures, and safety guidelines10. Be the friendly and polite face and voice to all guests entering the arena11. Become a resource of information12. Perform various administrative duties such as making copied, filing various paperwork, creating, and printing guest badges, counting cash13. Work flexible schedule depending on your availability14. Wear venue appropriate attire15. Work special events outside of schedule.16. Create Front Desk staff schedule17. Train new Front Desk staff18.
