The Director of Quality Assurance will drive the overall vision and strategy for the QA Engineering Team and strive to continuously improve the development and quality processes by assessing testing efforts at various stages of development.-- What you'll do:

• Develop a strategy for QA automation that continuously delivers microservices
• Provide leadership and development for the QA Engineering Team
• Leverage technical experience and depth to help bring more automation and efficiency to the development process, for higher frequency, high quality releases
• Collaborate with the Engineering and DevOps leaders on the delivery of services
• Provide accurate reports for project status, quality measurements and all test related KPIs
• Provide timely, accurate updates to executive management
• Develop and deliver on key performance metrics for defect removals and timeline adherence
• Determine priorities for test automation to balance operational efficiency with sufficient test coverage
• Schedule regular deployments of product builds to the QA environments What you'll bring to Zotec:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
  • Experience in software quality assurance in both manual testing and automated test development
  • Experience in agile testing practices
  • Experience with the latest Continuous Integration / Continuous Development (CI/CD) technologies
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to direct multiple products and projects simultaneously
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with project team members and management
