Job Descriptionfme is experiencing strong growth with significant expansion opportunities and is planning to add high quality professionals to its management team. As an experienced sales executive you will have strong knowledge of the business processes associated with Content Services (ECM/DMS) solutions in the Life Sciences Industry. You will be responsible for expanding our business at selected Key and Strategic Accounts though the development of deep and broad relationships with client stakeholders and partners. In this role, the candidate will construct and implement a plan to develop and accelerate the growth of our business at established fme client accounts, in order to maximize revenue, meet sales targets and ensure cloent satisfaction expectations are exceeded. We seek a highly motivated sales and/or business development professional with a track record of success selling system business consulting, implementation/integration and data/document migration services, to large Life Sciences companies. This will be achieved through building deep and extensive realtionships with target companies, leveraging our partner organizations, identifying and developing sales opportunities and promoting fme's broad capabilties. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, the demonstrated ability to establish broad executive and senior management level relationships and to create pipleine by closely collaborating within other fme sales team members and Business Units.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of regulatory information systems including RIM, Clinical and QMS, and have experience with assisting clients deploy these solutions in both local and global models. The successful candidate will be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily:-- Engage with established clients to understand their needs and match these to fme core competencies and capabilities.-- Develop sales pipeline and close opportunities to meet sales growth expectations.-- Leverage current fme engagements to drive account expansion. -- Create and manage Account Plans to support revenue targets.-- Formulate a Partner engagement plan for selected accounts to identify sales opportunities.-- Work with the Business Unit Leaders to ensure successful client and Partner engagement.-- Liaise with and build relationship with key individuals at all levels in client and partner organizations.-- Coordinate with Partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation.-- Work closely with our marketing team to educate clients on the product and services portfolio offered.-- Develop a strong knowledge and understanding of fme's solutions.-- Work with partners to conduct solution presentations to Clients.-- Support the Business Units Directors in providing proposals, quotations and pricings to clients.-- Possess the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a larger team.Qualifications-- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Industry working in a sales capacity.-- Proven track record of new business generation and key account development.-- Strong presentation and communication skills.-- Must have strong critical thinking and analytical skills.-- Experience working in a Partner sales model is an advantage.-- Awareness and knowledge of Cloud SaaS offerings in Life Sciences Industry is an advantage, including Veeva Vault, OpenText D2, and Sparta TrackWise.-- Strong client-facing interaction skills with experience of engaging at all levels.-- Willingness to travel within the US and as required overseas.-- US based - east coast/mid-west preferred.Supervisory Responsibility-- This position has no supervisory responsibilities. ?Travel-- This position will be mostly remote.-- Able to be present in the Danbury, CT office if and when required.-- Able to travel to client sites across the US and potentially internationally if and when necessary.
