This is a strategic role that will work closely with key stakeholders within the organization and as such, requires someone that can build strong relationships and drive towards key objectives. Key responsibilities include but not limited to creating the go-forward product strategy, working closely with our global Talent Management business unit leads and head of R&D to maintain prioritized product roadmap, supporting engineering teams to ensure they have what they needed to deliver against the roadmap, collaborating with sales and marketing to define go to market and sales strategies and developing a world-class product management organization through hands-on mentoring and coaching. Responsibilities:

  • Create a product vision and roadmap to accelerate growth on our Talent Management business based on deep customer insights, a strong understanding of where the industry is headed, business priorities, and the unique differentiators of the PSI ecosystem.
  • Work with cross-functional members of the Talent Management leadership team (Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, R&D, Consulting) to formulate the end-to-end product strategy.
  • Build a high performing team, attracting top talent and creating an environment where each team member is put in a position to succeed and the team delivers more as a team than the collective strength of the individuals.
  • Institute product management best practices and develop a world-class product management organization through hands-on coaching and mentoring.
  • Ensure the quality of product management deliverables, such as business requirements, user stories, product roadmap, etc., for both internal and external consumption.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX to deliver world-class customer and user experience.
  • Be a thought leader inside and outside the company on the topic of Talent Management
  • Identify and assess competitive products and alternate offerings in the market.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with major ATS vendors and third-party technology partners Desired Skills and Experience: The Vice President of Product Management role is critical to the overall success of PSI's continued growth, expansion, and profitability in the Talent Management markets. PSI requires candidates with a demonstrated successful track record of delivering results within companies of similar size and scope. In addition, the successful candidate will have the following qualities and experience:
    • 10 plus years of overall Product Management experience, with 5 plus years of experience in senior-level roles with increasing responsibilities
    • Experience in leading product management organizations with 10 plus people in size serving the enterprise B2B SaaS market
    • Must be decisive, customer-focused and capable of developing and managing strong cross-functional relationships. Excels at both solving complex problems and selling those solutions to the board, peers and team members.
    • Experience partnering with multiple teams across various functional and geographical areas within an organization
    • Track record of executing against plan and driving results
    • Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail
    • Resourceful, action-oriented with the ability to get things done and overcome obstacles
    • Prior experience with Talent Management and HR technology domains strongly preferred
    • Be a strong team leader, with a proven track record of building high-performance teams and driving accountability for achieving measurable results
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Prior success in delivering enterprise analytics solutions is a plus
