About the Role
As a Fullstack Engineer specializing in the US healthcare system, you will play a crucial role in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and data security, coupled with strong technical skills in the specified technologies.
This is a remote, contract-based role. (not open to C2C)
Qualification and Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field


  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer with a focus on the US healthcare system


    Required skills/Competencies


    • Solid understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and data security.


    • Strong proficiency in React, Typescript and NodeJs.


    • Experience with tRPC, Tailwind, Express, Nest, GraphQL, Socket.io, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB


    • Experience with building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs


    • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)


    • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills


    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills


    • Passion for continuous learning and professional development


    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


      Nice to Have


      • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)


      • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)


      • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines


      • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)


      • Familiarity with healthcare data exchange and integration


      • Understanding of healthcare compliance and security standards (e.g., HIPAA)


      • Previous work on electronic health record (EHR) systems or healthcare management platforms


        Key Responsibilities


        • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain healthcare applications


        • Implement and enhance features within the healthcare system, ensuring compliance with industry regulations


        • Develop and maintain secure and scalable backend services using Express, Nest, GraphQL, Socket.io, and databases like PostgreSQL and DynamoDB


        • Design and implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using ReactJS and Tailwind CSS


        • Utilize tRPC for efficient communication between frontend and backend components


        • Implement real-time communication features using Socket.io


        • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address specific healthcare-related requirements


        • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance


        • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
