Work at the intersection of machine learning research and computational biology/bioinformatics.Participate in cutting edge research in artificial intelligence applied in biological problemsApply complex statistical learning, deep learning methods to analyze high-dimensional Omics datasets.Follow relevant literature to ensure use of the state-of-the-art methodsDevelop novel approaches when standard methods are not adequatePrepare reports in form of presentation, model documentation for model validation and internal reviews Skills:Programming experience with two or more programming languages including: Python, R or C/C++, Java.Experience of machine learning (ML) framework such as PyTorch, Sklearn, TensorFlow, or Kubeflow.Familiarity with core concepts in ML and deep learning to build, benchmark, and deploy modelsML Experience in areas such as computer vision (detection, segmentation, and classification), application in single cell/genomics data, chemical or protein structure prediction is highly desiredExperience in software and/or workflow/pipeline development a plus Keywords:Education: B.S.
