Replacement Specialist/Design Assistant- ON SITE ONLY Our ideal candidate will be able to support our internal design team, executing merchandise-planning functions to produce “Best in Class” plan-o-grams for our redemption partners. Understand the elements of space planning standards within a branded store environment. Responsibilities Create weekly planogram updates/ replacements items incorporating new merchandise across all AMRS customers Take lead on field team materials for all customer installations weekly Follow up daily on all outstanding questions and open items throughout the projects Support department manager with various tasks Requirements Ability to retain training material quickly and work independently Willingness to work on any assigned task – even if out of assign job description Planogram software experience is a plus but not required Excellent follow-up and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Ability to multi-task Basic Excel experience preferred Photoshop and Illustrator experience – a bonus! A keen eye for detail with the ability to execute company-wide design objectives at all levels Location : Lakewood, NJ office
