Our client, a leader in solutions management, is seeking a Field
Customer Support Representative to join their team. As a Field
Customer Support Representative , you will be part of the Customer
Support Department supporting Customer Solutions and Sales Teams .
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, enjoy
helping others, pay close attention to detail, be a problem solver,
and be comfortable working independently, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Field Customer Support
Representative Location: Holtville, NY Pay Range: 21.50 Shift:
What's the Job? Drive to customers locations to support & service
clients Support and collaborate with customer solutions and sales
teams through execution of the CARE program Maintain the appearance
and organization of all solutions equipment following 6S standards
Log daily activities accurately in SFDC and ensure stock levels are
maintained Connect with customers to ensure retention and promote
product expansion through spot buy and incremental growth What's
Needed? Good communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to
work independently and manage time effectively Basic knowledge of
inventory management solutions Commitment to safety and maintaining
