Job Description Job Description Job Description: Bailey Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced Residential Install Plumber for their Wall Township, NJ location. In this role, you will be responsible for installing plumbing systems in new construction and residential remodels. From rough-ins to final trim-outs, you'll work closely with team members to ensure quality, code-compliant installations that meet or exceed customer expectations. Responsibilities: Install water supply lines, drain systems, and plumbing fixtures in new and remodeled residential properties Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications Perform rough-in, top-out, and final plumbing installations Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and building regulations Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and other trades on-site Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 2 years of experience working with residential plumbing Valid driver’s license / clean driving record Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds Competencies: Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills Exceptional customer service skills Technical knowledge Strong organizational skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team Customer focused Problem-solving skills What can we offer you? This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
