  • 10598Yorktown -Direct Marketing in Physician and referral offices- 90% of the timePhysician Marketing and Relations--- Direct, develop, and improve relationships with targeted physicians and other clinical referral sources.--- Complete thirty-two direct physician contacts per week.--- Maintain ongoing physician referral information in Salesforce.--- Manage the development of the company's marketing program and representatives.--- Assess existing and potential markets for growth opportunities.--- Coordination of collateral development, promotional activities, and strategy development.--- Monitor company advertising and promotional planning.--- Coordinate with various staff within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and promptly.Brand Awareness--- Develop strategies and perform market research for new local business opportunities through advertising, partnerships, affiliations, and sponsorships.--- Ensure marketing communications are coordinated, including developing and distributing marketing collaterals.--- Hold professional memberships, including the Chamber of Commerce, Workers Compensation Institute, Business Networking groups, Society of HR Managers, Rotary Club, etc.--- Direct the news/social media activities and publicity efforts. Develop relationships with the media when appropriate. Provide staff training to ensure professional presentation with media interviews and increase the publicity and visibility of staff, services, and locations.--- Assist in the development of logo and image enhancement and preservation of the corporate identity.--- Work closely with the Clinic Directors in planning and organizing community special events.Planning and Training --- Create a quarterly marketing plan outlining budget, collaterals, relationship development, community image, and amaZing service.--- Provide regular updates on company-wide marketing activity and track demographic data to support marketing initiatives.--- Manage a marketing budget, utilizing the most cost-effective promotion opportunities.--- Provide marketing training for Liaison, Clinic Directors, and designated clinical staff.--- Summarize data and facilitate monthly marketing/clinical director AFT calls.--- Generate a consistent routing schedule to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.--- Maintain an updated database of referral sources in Salesforce.Employer/Payer Marketing and Relations--- Direct, develop, and improve relationships with targeted contacts as appropriate.--- Identify needs, concerns, and potential opportunities among this audience.Team Management (If Applicable)--- Directly supervise the marketing liaison team.--- Recruit, hire, and onboard new hire liaisons as needed.--- Perform annual performance reviews of marketing team representatives.--- Execute efficient, effective territory assignments assuring optimal engagement between liaisons and referral sources.--- Uses appropriate systems to manage time and planning duties.--- Implement current management practices to assure employee productivity and morale.--- Compute marketing team bonus reports for approval.
