Waterworks, the Nation's leading luxury brand for the bath and kitchen,is searching for a Channel Marketing Coordinator to support the overall marketing team with a focus on all sales channels globally: Residential and Hospitality & Multi-unit. Projects will include (but are not limited to) event planning, fielding and tracking channel marketing requests, signage and collateral estimates, distribution lists, asset organization, website/email proofing, and overall department project trafficking and calendars. The coordinator must be resourceful, highly motivated, and possess exceptional project and organization skills that operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• 
  
• Supports Channel Marketing Manager overall
  
• Field and track marketing requests from sales channels using internal workflow forms and project management system
  
• Coordinate the development, print production, and track inventory for retail packaging, signage, and collateral programs
  
• Support showroom openings, book launches and other major channel events
  
• Support printed and direct mailing programs with mailing lists, distros, etc
  
• Coordinate Sample Program
  
• Coordinate client gifting programs
  
• Support national/international print advertising execution
  
• Support Client Development needs
  
• Track internal project management system
  
• Coordinate travel and expense reports for Marketing Executive Director
  
• Supports overall team and projects as needed
