Our current marketing spend is substantial and unconstrained. This is a position with an unlimited spending budget and unlimited growth potential. This position will report to our Director of Marketing. Our headquarters are in an A+ office in Danbury, CT right off the highway. We currently operate with a hybrid work schedule, where most employees work in the office Tues-Thurs and from anywhere they'd like on Monday and Friday.
Job descriptionWith varied responsibilities, the Marketing Coordinator -will help grow the company's direct-to-consumer revenue by participating in its digital marketing initiatives including organic, email, paid search, paid social, affiliates, app marketing and web campaigns.
The perfect candidate is both creative & analytical and has some hands-on experience with many online marketing channels and tactics.
The Marketing Coordinator will be involved in the creation of compelling campaigns and in-depth analysis of their performance. They will have their hands on every step of campaign development, working across departments to coordinate everything from art assets to webpage mocks.
Responsibilities include:

  • Seeking and forming new marketing partnerships
  • Organizing and maintaining a robust calendar of marketing initiatives
  • Coordinating a vigorous email and Google Ads campaign testing schedule
  • Providing detailed analyses evaluating campaign performance
  • Actively participating in regular marketing brainstorm and planning sessions
  • Distributing digital advertising assets to our various publishing partners
  • Creating video and image assets, particularly for newer social media platforms
  • Performing QA on websites when necessary, diagnosing potential UX issues
  • Researching and reaching out to relevant influencers in the parenting space -Qualifications:
    • Interest in response-based marketing and data-driven decision-making
    • Familiarity with affiliate marketing and software
    • A passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date on best practices
    • Experience with self-service email interfaces, including data segmentation and managing email creative
    • Confident self-starter with excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills
    • Ability to multi-task, efficiently manage time, and prioritize deliverables
    • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years prior work or internship experience
    • Subscription marketing experience not necessary, but a big plus
    • Paid social and/or paid search tactical management experience a plus
    • Google Ads Certification a plus
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    • Proficiency with image editing software, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud -The salary range for this job is $45,000 to $55,000 plus excellent benefits.
