This person must have social and digital marketing experience most especially executing content across UAP's different platforms. This person will work on a variety of projects including brand development and project communications, internal communications, thought-leadership activities, and events that will require creating and posting content across social media channels and website to elicit a positive brand response. We need amazing storytellers!Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator will be reporting and working with the Global Head of Marketing, Sustainability, and Engagement the responsibilities, desired skills, and expertise of this hire are:Main ResponsibilitiesContribute to developing social and digital strategies campaigns, from inception, scheduling, management, and engagement through post-launch/analyzing data and delivering actionable insights for continued growthManaging day-to-day campaign flow including creative, and social listening efforts.Help build and execute campaigns that drive engagement and growth on new and existing platformsServe as a social expert internally and liaison externally with social platforms on their direction, best practices, and new opportunitiesStay up-to-date with new platforms, content formats, and practices to keep our channels relevantHigh attention to detail and experience with keeping multiple projects aligned and on trackAdvice and contribute to team goals around engagement, growth, and visibilityReport on progress against goals and relevant social marketing metrics for in-depth business reviews and reports for senior leadershipAbility to think strategically and creatively and communicate effectively with a variety of fast-moving team membersExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment focused on delivering projects on marketing, communications, sustainability, and engagementProvide support on employee engagement, people and culture, and sustainability initiativesAssist in driving new business/sales and business development strategies and activities linked to marketing and communications

Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree in marketing, communications, art and design, architecture, or art history an advantage but not mandatory)Minimum of 2 years of direct experience in digital and social media marketing including use of different marketing technologies ie Google Analytics, WordPress, MailChimp, Adobe InDesign, Hootsuite, IFTTT, Creative CloudExcellent written and oral communication skills both in English and SpanishExperience working with enterprise social media management platformsExperience working in a large, cross-functional environmentUnderstands the importance of sustainability not only in marketing and communication strategies and tactics but overall business strategy and operationsPreferred QualificationsStrong sense of effective creative content, digital trends, internet and social media cultureExperience with live stream platformsStrong understanding of the business-to-business orientationNice to haveExperience with website management systemsExperience with Google Analytics and SEO content development and performance trackingExperience with social publishing and platforms like Falcon, Sprout Social, Socialbakers/Emplifi, etc.Experience with social listening tools like Netbase, Spume, Falcon, etc.What's on offer?
