Mutti USA is a premium and emerging brand within the shelf stable
tomato category. Our mission is to become the dominant player
within the premium segment leading sales and unit growth for our
retailers. Over the past 3 years we have collaborated with our
Retailers, Distributors and Brokers to significantly drive sales,
gain share while driving incremental category growth for the entire
retail community. We continue to fuel growth by gaining
distribution and driving velocities with our Retail Partners across
the U.S. We will continue to build on this by expanding our
customer management capabilities. We are currently seeking a Key
Account Manager based in the West responsible for growing our base
of retail business. About the Role The Marketing Coordinator
supports the growth of the Mutti brand in the US through flawless
execution of key programs supporting brand awareness, trial,
availability, and affinity. This Danbury, CT based position reports
to the Senior Marketing Director for Mutti USA, Inc., and will work
collaboratively with team members in the US and our headquarter
office in Parma, Italy. The successful candidate will be motivated
by a fast-paced working environment and the opportunity to make a
big impact in how Americans think about tomatoes. Responsibilities
Supporting Sales & Shopper -- Coordinate shopper marketing programs
and related reporting -- Support sales team with impactful
communications (marketing decks, etc.) -- Leverage data to provide
intelligence to sales and marketing teams (IRI, and others) --
Coordinate trade shows and events as needed Digital Marketing --
Collaborates with Marketing Director and agency partners to develop
communication plans -- Leads execution of website and SEO
programming -- Maintenance of digital product content (Syndigo,
1WS, I-X1, Amazon) -- Management of retailer eCommerce programming,
including Instacart Innovation and packaging project management --
Collaborate with Italy-based team to commercialize new concepts --
Lead US-facing innovation launch plans -- Coordinate annual
packaging updates or ad hoc changes -- Maintain packaging and
product data library Team Support Works with team and partners to
drive impact of all marketing activities, including but not limited
to: social media, email marketing, influencer, paid advertising,
and research Qualifications: -- A writing and communication skills
-- Strong eye for design with brag worthy PowerPoint skills --
Strong aptitude for data analysis -- Effective collaborator, up and
across the organization and globe -- Highly organized; able to
handle many different projects at once -- Entrepreneurial mindset,
valuing practical thinking and ---roll sleeves up--- mentality --
1-3 years experience in Marketing or Project Management --
Experience in other FMCPG preferred -- Strong interest in cooking
preferred
