Location: New York, NY (10041) Duration: 13 weeks (with potential
extension up to 6 months) Schedule: Hybrid – 2 days on-site, 3 days
remote (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Pay: $33/hour Position Summary: "Navitas
Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Project Specialist to support the Nurse Educator Fellowship
Program. This role provides project management and operational
support, overseeing daily program activities including planning,
scheduling, evaluation, and participant support. The Project
Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for fellows,
faculty, and stakeholders, ensuring program success, compliance,
and timely completion of milestones. Key Responsibilities: Program
Administration & Coordination Coordinate recruitment, onboarding,
orientation, and scheduling of fellowship participants. Organize
workshops, seminars, meetings, and program events. Maintain program
calendar and ensure milestones and deadlines are met. Maintain and
update participant databases and documentation. Fellow Support
Serve as primary contact for fellows and address questions and
concerns. Facilitate onboarding and orientation sessions. Track
fellow progress, deliverables, and evaluations. Faculty & Academic
Collaboration Collaborate with faculty to align curriculum and
program objectives. Coordinate faculty–fellow meetings and support
communication. Assist with application processes and academic
institution requirements. Program Evaluation & Reporting Collect
and analyze feedback from fellows and faculty. Prepare outcome
reports, including performance metrics and satisfaction data.
Assist with grant reporting and continuous program improvement
initiatives. Communication & Outreach Act as liaison with
stakeholders, partners, and accrediting bodies. Promote the
fellowship program to attract qualified candidates. Administrative
& Financial Support Monitor project budgets and identify risks to
timelines or funding. Track expenditures, reimbursements, billing,
and invoicing. Prepare aging reports and support business plan
budget reviews. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Compliance & Accreditation Ensure adherence to institutional
policies and accreditation standards. Track fellows’ certification
progress. Stay current with trends in nursing education and
fellowship programs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in
Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field.
2–3 years of program coordination or project support experience
(healthcare or education preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft
Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong
organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to
manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Nursing or Education. Experience with nurse
education or fellowship programs. Familiarity with Learning
Management Systems (LMS). Knowledge of nursing education standards
