You will work hand in hand with other members of the service department to uphold the standards Competition BMW is known for. Responsibilities:-- Provide support to service staff through the general office and administrative tasks.-- Manage payment processing at the point of sale and e-payment system.-- Basic cash handling and making change.-- Assist customers and follow up on general inquiries via phone, messaging, and email.-- Projects and tasks as assigned by service management.-- Move customer vehicles when necessary -- Previous experience at a dealership preferred but not required-- Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs, and requests to the service team and management-- Professional personal appearanceWe are looking to fulfill a full-time position Saturdays a mustRequirements:PI208354567
