Accounting Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Adecco is currently seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant. The primary responsibilities will be to support the day-to-day functions of the accounting office. The right candidate will performing a wide range of administrative activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.



Responsibilities:



•Answer heavy volume of calls daily


•Provide excellent customer service to clients


•Open, Sort and Distribute incoming correspondence


•Maintain and make necessary adjustments to various records


•Enter data accurately into tax software


•Sort and File documents efficiently and in a timely manner




Requirements:



•High School Diploma required, an Associates Degree in Business or Accounting preferred


•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to efficiently communicate with clients


•Excellent organizational and time management skills


•High level of accuracy in performing all tasks


•Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Outlook
