us! Job Description: This job is responsible for overseeing the
Operations team and ensuring they meet deadlines, execute, and
coordinate tasks. Key responsibilities include identifying,
analyzing, and resolving complex problems, ensuring adherence to
operations procedures, providing guidance to employees, handling
exception requests, and referring more complex problems to a senior
manager. Job expectations include having an understanding of
foundational operations and familiarity in a specific product line.
LOB Description: This job is responsible for managing one or more
major operations segments for a site, region, or product line
within the bank's internal operations. Key responsibilities include
identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex problems related to
product lines, ensuring compliance with policies, and identifying
opportunities to improve process performance and operating
efficiency. Job expectations include supervising day-to-day
activities of employees such as executing transactions. Forecasts
and manages staffing levels and capacities, prioritizes employee
development by providing effective coaching, and shares
constructive feedback to drive Operational Excellence Applies
knowledge of the end-to-end processes and ensures adherence to bank
and regulatory policy and procedures when making decisions that
impact various operations and product lines. Evaluates efficiencies
and identifies areas of improvement and growth to the overall
process, identifying data, metrics, and key performance indicators
to measure process effectiveness Aligns bank priorities and
strategies to employee metrics and goals, evaluates employee
progress, and strives to recognize, encourage, and improve team
performance to support an inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities Include: This role requires candidate who has
strong leadership skill with aptitude for problem solving,
attention to detail, a risk and control awareness, taking lead in
decision making and building good working relationship with various
internal and external stakeholders. Provides coaching and the
development of a junior team of associates. The manager will be
responsible for partnering with various business partners to ensure
we provide platinum service to our FA's and clients. The role
requires outstanding attention to detail, time management as
deadlines can not be missed on notification of expiring events,
excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with our
internal and external stakeholders and the ability to work under
pressure and in a team environment Responsibilities: Resolves
day-to-day problems and executes deliverables within the business
unit Applies knowledge of the end-to-end processes and ensures
adherence to bank and regulatory policy and procedures when making
decisions that impact various operations and product lines Manages
team workload and provides oversight and direction to team
Evaluates efficiencies and identifies areas of improvement and
growth to the overall process and implements process improvement
opportunities Maintains internal, operational, and financial
controls and works within risk appetite of the business unit

Presentable, confident and LOB / client focused. Demonstrate the
ability to work under pressure in a team environment.
Self-motivated strategic thinker with excellent organizational
skills. Ability to prioritize workloads and work efficiently in
dynamic environment to meet deadlines. 2 years of experience
managing people, process, risk and controls within an organization.
Previous experience in the corporate actions / dividends space is
recommended. Other Qualifications: Excellent line management
skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet
deadlines. Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize
sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal
business outcomes. Strong Analytical skills to critically evaluate
the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile variances
and present complex data in a coherent manner. Strong relationship
management and ability to navigate the complexities of gaining
buy-in, building consensus and resolving conflicts in a large,
global, distributed organization; ability to work across functions
and organizational lines/levels. Advanced analytical skills, with
ability to use data to solve difficult problems and accurately
interpret reports, models, and metrics; able to lead, execute and
track results. Strong risk management skills with a focus on
enabling appropriate risk reduction culture. Team player with the
ability to take the initiative and ownership of tasks and operate
across different functional silos. Excellent written and verbal
