Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Insurance Agency Manager to lead operations, drive sales performance, and ensure exceptional client service across multiple service centers. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for staff development, compliance, operational excellence, and agency growth. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance operations, proven leadership experience, and a track record of improving performance and profitability. Responsibilities · Oversee daily operations of all Insurance Agency service centers · Ensure team members are properly trained, licensed, and certified · Manage staffing schedules, coverage, and workforce planning · Develop and implement training programs for sales, products, carriers, vendors, and internal systems · Analyze and monitor agency sales metrics; prepare performance reports and implement strategic improvements · Lead sales initiatives, promotions, and revenue growth strategies · Support expansion of existing accounts and acquisition of new business · Perform senior agent duties as needed and stay current on industry trends · Meet with insurance carrier representatives to review programs, negotiate enhancements, and communicate updates to staff · Oversee agency technology platforms including AMS 360 and PL Rater · Ensure compliance with insurance laws, regulations, and internal policies · Direct, coach, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards and minimize errors · Provide regular operational and performance reporting to executive leadership Qualifications · Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required · Strong knowledge of insurance agency operations and best practices · Proficiency with AMS 360 and PL Rater required · Proven leadership and team management experience · Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and operational data · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong customer service focus with commitment to quality and client satisfaction · Working knowledge of insurance compliance, laws, and regulations · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment What We Offer · Competitive compensation and leadership opportunity · Growth-focused, performance-driven environment · Opportunity to shape training, sales strategy, and operational excellence · Collaborative executive partnership If you are a licensed P&C professional ready to lead agency operations and drive measurable growth, apply today to take the next step in your leadership career.
