Job Description:
Join Barclays as a Regulatory Reporting Analyst – Shared
National Credit AVP, where you will be playing a key role in
coordinating and submitting report production, ensuring the
integrity of data accuracy and completeness. This position will
involve partnering closely with various stakeholders to identify
data issues, navigate governance processes to build robust action
plans to resolve data issues, and ensuring effective data
management and governance. In this exciting role, you will also
contribute to the funded change program aimed at enhancing data
aggregation for the report, including leading user acceptance
testing and writing business requirements. To be successful as a
Regulatory Reporting Analyst – Shared National Credit AVP, you
should have: Comfortability with Excel and other data analysis
tools is necessary for data manipulation, analysis, identification
of trends, regulatory reporting, and creating presentations from
financial and non-financial data Experience of wholesale lending
operations- syndicated and bilateral lending, agency servicing
and/or secondary loan trading The ability to effectively
communicate complex regulatory reporting information to both
technical and non-technical audiences is crucial for ensuring
compliance and stakeholder understanding Experience in managing
processes, implementing improvements to controls and metrics, and
working in a matrixed environment Experience of working with
technology teams to drive IT solutions based on business
requirements Some other highly valued skills may include: Proven
ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively
with diverse stakeholders at varying levels of seniors of seniority
Skilled at navigating ambiguity and developing clear, actionable
solutions in complex environments Strong analytical mindset with a
focus on problem-solving and critical thinking Solid understanding
of regulatory reporting requirements, including SNC reporting
guidelines Experience of writing business requirements and setting
up and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) You may be assessed

job-specific technical skills. This role is in Whippany. Purpose of
the role To support business areas with day-to-day processing,
reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
Accountabilities Support various business areas with day-to-day
initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading,
and issue resolution. Collaboration with teams across the bank to
align and integrate operational processes. Identification of areas
for improvement and providing recommendations in operational
processes. Development and implementation of operational procedures
and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
Development of reports and presentations on operational performance
and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
Identification of industry trends and developments to implement
best practice in banking operations. Participation in projects and
initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
