Located in Blooming Grove, NY General Responsibilities: Prepare, review and file monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy of all financial reporting. Specific Responsibilities: To compile, examine and prepare financial statements and reports to ensure accurate reporting of the company's financial position. Responsibilities to include determining causes for monthly variances in financial statements. Analyze General Ledger accounts and reconcile inconsistencies on a monthly and quarterly basis. Research financial data to assist in developing budget assumptions, reports and projects. Communicate and coordinate interaction with other departments to ensure financial compliance within a corporate setting. SOX compliancy. Ability to assist with special projects as assigned or directed. Related additional responsibilities as assigned by immediate Supervisor. Understanding expense and revenue issues to ensure resolutions. Expected to assist with all month end analysis for review by Controller before financial sign off. Experience/Skills: 4-year degree in Accounting required. Extensive knowledge of and experience with Excel Spreadsheets. Knowledge of Oracle, a plus. The ability to manage multiple projects, while working independently and within a team structure is required. Excellent organizational and communication skills. #Li-Hybrid
